Root One Click Root App....

its still not working it finds my device but the the ****ing phone turns on during the flash.And it ****s everything up if i take the battery out it just stops.

sooo A. dude language.. ive been at this for bout a week now and ive just figured it all out and, my phone wont stay in flash mode either now...
B. how do i reflash haha.
C. as im trying to flash again, the flash tool keeps say loader.sin not found, yet it is clearly in the folder.
 
whooooooa sexy, i got it and im now running 2.1...that was actually easier then i though! "hellsrage" if you need help let me no ill tell you what i did n mayb that will help you
 
well speaking of busybox. it wont install now...i tryed x10root.apk to root my phone n it just kept loading, i tryed z4mod n it seemed to work but now i tryed to install busy box n it just keeps saying.. please wait while we locate busybox and gather system data..

Ya man if you can did you use the ugi version or the non ugi?
Mine still wont work damn phone won stay in flash mode :(
 
after almost 30 minutes of messing with it, i can confirm that this does not work for the mytouch 3g. i am now a sad panda. :(

i've been searching, but this was one of the only one touch roots that i could find. i honestly don't think i'm smart enough to handle anything other than a one touch.... i sure as hell don't want to screw something up. anyone have any advice?

Yahooo someone told me how to make it lock in flash mode i now haz 2.1!!!:D.
If anyone is having trouble getting it to stay in flash mode like me the following will explain a way to get it to lock in so it no longer boots back up after entering flash mode.

Your going to need SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) it will not work with PC Companion.

1.Start SEUS and go through the steps then when it tells you to enter flash mode do what it displays and explains to do.

2.Once its connect (and if its the first time installed the drives) let it scan the device it should stop and say that your device is up to date.

3.HIT CANCEL DO NOT HIT INSTALL then exit SEUS and the phone will now be locked in flash mode.

4.Run the flash tool and enjoy 2.1.
