One more question about themes this time

if i pick say a golauncher theme or something like that and then run it. Is it a pain to get my old original them back? and can i still put say the default thrill clock on a theme i downloaded? just any info about themes i'd appreciate, i dont wanna screw up my phone by trying out different themes. I mostly just want to change the types of icons at the bottom for browser, messeges, etc...

No pain at all to get it back. Just download home switcher from the market.

can i still add what i want like the default clock to any theme? or do i have to go with what the dl'ed theme has only?

U can add Widgets to pretty much any launcher.
