One touch to answer the calls/unlock phone

Hello, is there a software that makes me do a one click to answer incoming calls(similar to the red button to end the calls), i don't like swiping to answer phone calls, same for unlocking the phone, i don't want to swipe for it to get unlocked, i want a faster alternative method, something like in Nokia N8 where you touch the menu button and do one click and it gets unlocked, is there a software in the market that can do this?

You could try another lock screen app? There are a few in the market.

I found it! My solution is "Tiny Call Confirm" in the Android app (play) store. Works like a charm in gingerbread and above! Keeps me from hanging up (rejecting) incoming calls when I fish my phone out of my pocket.

Incidentally, I hate the incoming call screen on Gingerbread. I wish I could customize or use replacements for that. In the meantime, Tiny Call Confirm is a godsend.

I really get on well with the incoming call screen. One touch would mean I would accidentally answer or reject the call while getting it out of my pocket. Swiping takes no time at all.
