Root online converter- mp3 to ogg

first off, hi, been lurking for awhile, reading up on my metro huawei ascend running 2.2.2

second, sorry if this is a repost, i searched and couldnt find anything with this site, or i misspelled it (which is often)

i have been tinkering with the boot animation and sound and came across this online, i converted the xbox start up sound from mp3 (thx zedge) to the .ogg it requires, mind you rename it to bootStrapSound, before pasting it into the appropriate folder.

Holy crap! I been looking for this (OK, not really "looking" per se... kinda had the thought once but never asked lord Google).

I don't have an ascend anymore but my admire still has some oogs I would like to change.

lol, my lock/unlock sounds are now mw3 reload files also got some shnazzy mw3 the "android" boot animation going now too! thinking about having my camera "click" a gunshot

to the mods, who ever keeps the servers going, the ascend guru's, and the admins, THANK YOU! so much great info on this site

lol, just found out on cm7.2 with root explorer, you can just rename the .mp3 to .ogg or vice versa and it'll work. now if it will do it for video's to frames....
