Help Online Upgrade Tool: Is it worth it?

Just out of curiosity, for those that might still be having issues with the ZTE Warp (like myself), has anyone tried this particular method of saving this troubled device?!

Personally, I am fed up with my Warp running hot, freezing up, and the random reboots!!! I don't know what to do anymore!! I am real skeptical about sending it to ZTE, especially since I have read that hasn't resolved those issues. :(

So, I'm considering trying out the online upgrade tool. I just want to know has anybody had success since using this?

It fixed my random reboot, data disconnection, force close.

When you update it, it'll "upgrade" the firmware to B08c, for better or for worse. People don't seem to like that firmware much here. But I've never run anything earlier.

For me, was for better. The phone runs much smooth

It's possible to downgrade your phone to the B08 (no -c) firmware through ClockworkMod's recovery anyway, so it couldn't hurt, right?

Especially after they roll out more updates to fix what's broken.
