Help Only Getting 1x

I just picked up my Rezound a couple of hours ago. We don't have 4G in this area yet. I am only getting 1x when using the network. Any suggestions?
 
There was a 4g outage yesterday and possibly still today in some areas. I just got my data connection back a few hours ago. They said 3G was working fine the whole time but I had absolutely no data. I'm sure you will get it back soon.
 
Rebooted and viola 3g. Thanks for the tip. I'm really liking this phone. So much playing, to little time. :D
