Help Only wifi

This is weird. I've really only used wi-fi in my home, so I turned it off to see if I got internet or 3 or 4 g on the phone, and I got nothing. Can't get email, no internet, nothing. I can make a call.

What is going on? Did I change a setting that I don't know? I'm not in airplane mode.

The bars are grey, but showing 3 out of 4 darker grey.

I am for sure in a 3g area, maybe 4g as I used it on my other smart phone.


When I try to get the internet, I get webpage not available.


What is going on???

Leave wifi off and reboot your phone. ​

Settings, more, mobile networks, data enabled should be checked.

I got it. Data was enabled. I rebooted, that helped. After I rebooted, I also turned the wifi off and on to see what would happen, and the 3g would come on. It takes a while, but it came on.
