Onscreen Keyboard??

I couldnt find the answer to my question so i will just post and hope it isnt a duplicate!

I might purchase the Droid, does it have an on screen qwerty keyboard when turned landscape orientation? I love my Instinct keyboard and hoping I could still use touch screen since my nails dont like typing on the physical keyboard!

There is an on-screeen querty keyboard in landscape mode. I like it more than the slide-out keyboard. more user friendly to my big thumbs.

Ditto. I thought for sure I'd like the physical keyboard more before I bought the phone, but I find myself using the on-screen one in landscape almost exclusively.
