Help Oooops Help Needed

Hi all, I tried to sync my HTC Sensation to my Iphone 3g, well I did manage it but it went the wrong way around. I have lost all my contacts from Itunes and put 4 contacts from my new phone into Iphone. Apple were not helpful. I have tried restore from last back up on phone from Itunes but it did not work.

F*%K.

Does anyone have any ideas? all ideas will be greatfully received even the stupid ones as it may cheer me up.

This is a reason I hate apple. I haven't found a way to do that other then manually imputting all contacts. Sorry.

I wish I had done it manually now, at least I'd have them, this is going to be a reall pain.

So you don't have contacts on either phone?

Only the 4 that went from my Android into my Itunes, the others have dissapeard into cyberspace.

Does your phone happen to be rooted?

No its a brand new HTC Sensation, only switched on today.

If you logged into a google account before you deleted contacts the phone should auto sync them to google account.
