Help Oop lost my password

Hi, I need Help I lost the password of my viewpadt 10s ,Now I can

My daughter installed some sort of pattern lock on my viewpad 10s and started to play with it. And now, we can't get in anymore!
I surfed the internet but found no solution for 10s!

I will reset to factory settings, no problem for that.
But I can't reach that level neither.

Any help will be most wellcome.
