Help open a specific folder in android

I tried some code to run, but did not succeed to Open a folder

"/ storage / sdcard0 / 0students"
I want to open this folder through a command button . to get like this picture

Since it's in the sdcard 0 folder I'd have thought it was unprotected

But I do not think that is protected
I created images inside it by code .
and I want to open it by code in android studio
