Root Opened System Backup Test By Accident

My phone has been rooted for a couple of weeks now, and by accident today I opened System Backup Test, the thing you install that says "Hello World". I backed out of it without thinking, and now the phone is running much slower and several apps don't work. What should I do?

You must reroot to fix this. It won't stop being slow until you do redo root.

Once you redo root, uninstall that app.
