Opening Contacts

Does anyone know how to open the contacts and only see your friends and not all contacts besides moving to the groups area? I dont want to have to do that all the time if I dont have to.

1)I use a program called "Phonebook 2.0" from the Market to easily designate favorites. You can click the star for each friend you wish to see.

2) Go to an empty spot on your home screen, press and hold. Now select "folder". Then select "starred". The folder will now contain a list of the people you wish to see.

It's built-in, you don't need any other software.

LongPress a blank spot on a home screen, the press Folder->Starred and you will get a list of your favorites
