Help Opening question/exclamation marks on Galaxy Tab 2

I wanted to ask if someone knows any way to get opening exclamation and question marks (

I'm quite frustrated because I've seen that the same tablet running on ICS does have those keys... I suspect Samsung's Jelly Bean version is behind this stupid mistake.
