Help Operation Timeout during upgrad

I keep getting an operational time out during the KIES upgrade to the latest OS. Any ideas? The troubleshoot connection tool doesnt work either.

Using a Skyrocket S 2, never been rooted.

Got it to work after the troubleshooter worked.
