Opinions Please

My birthday is in a few weeks and I am going to be getting a new phone and I have been looking at this phone off and on.

I am a smartphone fanatic and I've owned a Vibrant in the past before my parents switched over to Virgin Mobile. I currently own a Virgin Mobile LG Optimus V now *gag*

I only got it because it was either the Intercept or Blackberry at the time.

I am considering getting a refurb Galaxy S 4g or just getting a brand new one but i wanted to know...

As of today...What are your thoughts...Opinions about this phone?
Are you content with it? Do you regret it?

I was looking at a sensation, but aside from having a great camera on the back...I was not WOWED!. I don't need the latest and greatest but I am growing tired of this POS Optimus V and I Want something that is not too expensive but is a great fit.

Lot of people pan it for lack of internal memory. It only has around 512M.
It works fast from the card, though.
I guess it would depend on how you use it. Some have rooted it and improved it, but I'd read everything here and at XDA before going that route.

I like mine.

I can deal with 512. I believe my Optimus V only has 193, so it literally tells me I am running low on memory every day and it's annoying :/
