Whenever I try to download a (Content Rating: Low Maturity) App I get this error "Rating Filter is Incompatible with this item". But if I try to download a Content Rating: everybody it's OK?? Is there a settings inside my phone that will allow me to change this rating? I remember changing it to everybody yesterday but I don't remember how I found it.

While in Market, hit your menu button and click Settings. Then change the filtering settings there. And you have it.
