Help Optimus F3 and Hangouts video chat sound?

Those with a F3 - does video chatting work fine? I just did my first one with my wife. They couldn't hear me at all, and I couldn't figure out any setting. I then tried from my HTC One and it worked fine - so it was nothing on their end.

Anybody else used Hangouts video chat with no problems? And any ideas?

I have used my F3 with video chat on Hangouts and it worked fine. I didn't do anything special with settings... just used it. Not sure why they could not hear you.

not sure what it was, but it's working fine today... weird, sorry to waste a thread over it

I am with mlawson77 ... I use hangouts for pretty much everything ... the first time I needed to call / video .. it just worked. (I was using it on speakerphone if that helps).
