optimus M Bricked need help

Hello I have the LGMS690 (Optimus M) rooted phone. The problem is I accidently erased the contents in the /system/app folder and now when I power on the phone it is stuck at the "android" screen. I tried everything from a system reset to a system recovery, and nothing changes also usb debugging is not turned on. The files of the folder were backed up to the sd card at a eariler time..when I connect the phone to the computer it recognizes that a usb device is there, assigns a drive letter but I cannot access or open the drive to get to the backed up files. Please if anyone has any information or knows how to fix it , I would greatly appreciate it.

i need sort of the same help my phone is stuck in blank screen it turns on i hear everything just dont see anything ive only had the phone for 4 days no drops nothing still new
