Root Optimus M LGNPST Error

So my phone was acting up recently and i decided to restore my photo to stock firmware using LGNPST using the stock bin file and through the process it stops at 45% and gives an error saying that "The Number of bad block exceeded the limit! please replace flash"

I have try everything with no luck..

so can anyone help me out

Download the LG updater tool. Use the recover phone option.
