Hi!
My misses is having a few problems with her Optimus One. Frequently when she goes to make a call the recipient can’t hear her talking. Also when she receives calls sometimes she can’t hear the recipient taking. Occasionally when receiving calls when she clicks the answer button nothing happens. The phone keeps ringing (even when the person calling hangs up) and a battery pull is needed.
The other problems are the common memory card issues. She still has the card that came with the device which is prone to problems from what I gather.
Any advice for the call problems? A factory reset? Upgrading firmware? She’s still on Android 2.2 and her network provider is 3. She’s been reluctant to let me fiddle with it but it’s getting silly now and she doesn’t have much choice!
