Wish I had this a few days back before I deodexed my ROM. Would have saved some time

my son rooted his LG optimus V. It was successful. he attempted to set the phone back to original settings and it appears that it is bricked.

the system recovery menu shows up.....but i can not get anything to seem to work in bringing it back.



i tried loading your file onto the SD card and had no success getting it to work. it appears to unzip, and install, but when i reboot......it takes me back to the system recovery menu.

i have reformatted the SD card.....wiped files....and everything else that might make sense.

thanks so much for posting files that others can use!

any help you can give me is much appreciated.
