Root Optimus v stuck on "android system recovery" after data reset!

Are you able to access your recovery? If not, you may need to reflash it. A word of warning, using the LG factory wipe in recovery is the same as the factory reset in the phone memory. Do not use it. When wiping, use wipe data, cache, then in the advanced tab, wipe dalvik cache. If needed you can go to mounts and storage and format boot,system, data and cache.
