This is a great application. TOR was developed by the United States Navy. One could use it in places like Iran, China, or Thailand to bypass internet control measures -- if one were so inclined.
With root access, this port will allow you to use the TOR proxy service for all apps. I can't wait to get rooted, but that will take some time. I have other things to do and I need to make sure my phone works for the next few months before I start playing with it. I've gone through so many Esteems and I'm not ready to play just yet, but I thought others might benefit from this now.
