I just got mine today, the charger is great, should have called it a rapid cahrger, and juice plotter shows me the same amount of time on the cheap batteries as the stock one... hope this helps somebody

I'm glad to see this thread since I've been posting about spare Samsung Galaxy S batteries off Ebay for cheap for 50% of my posts. Now I can stop, haha. I've had the batteries for about 3 weeks. With moderate use of my phone, each battery (including the original) lasts me about 16-18 hours. When my battery runs out, I just swap in a full one and throw the empty one in the charger. I guess my charger is slow since it takes 5-6 hours to fully charge a battery. At least the charger stops charging when the battery is full and has a light to indicate it's done. And anytime I go out, I carry one spare full battery in my pocket so I don't worry about battery life. Oh darn, battery too low to take a photos/listen to music/watch movies, swap battery, good to go! This phone has a bright beautiful screen, fast cpu, fast gpu which all take juice to run, so I am not surprised about short battery life. Just have to roll with it, and inexpensive extra batteries from Ebay makes it easy!

yeah totally agree with you, I had one of those moments last weekend, i was at a concert and kings of leon just came out, and i wanted to shoot my first 720p video.... my battery had 10% left, wish i would have had these!!!! worth the 10 bux, and 2 week wait

I have the 2 batteries from ebay, they work well and at 10 bucks its a no brainer.

Oh, another suggestion from me for people who carry extra battery around. Keep the little slip plastic bags/pouches that the batteries get delivered in. They are great to put the extra battery in so that lint/dust/etc from your pockets don't attach themselves to the battery.

Shipping can take a while but sometimes I'm rather surprised. I just ordered 2 more things (not phone related) a couple days ago. Might show up in a week, maybe 3... but I'm not in a rush and the price was right.

Well, my charger/batteries just arrived. They seem to be of decent quality. I just threw one of the batteries on the charger. Will post my findings later.This will be awesome for me as I do a lot of traveling and having some extra batteries will be great

Mine came yesterday, the quality is good. Seem just a touch lighter than the OEM. Been using one of the batteries all day and so far so good.

How does the wall charger in that package work? I ordered a couple wall chargers from ebay and while they do charge the phone you can't use the touch screen while plugged in.

The wall charger charges the battery outside of the phone. It also has a USB port to plug your phone into

I was stuck at the DMV for about 5 hours. Surfing the net and a few phone calls killed my battery.
