Help Ordered my evo!

Ok so Ive had the Hero since may, its been an ok phone except for the battery life being only like til four in the afternoon with handycapping everything on it, the horrible lag and the phone not ringing when I got calls so every call is a missed call. Haha ok maybe it hasnt been an ok phone. But my questions is Is the evo better? Have a made the mistake of falling for good advertising again by buying another HTC product? Does the evo suffer the same problems? Thanks everyone, EJ
 
No! I changed to the Evo for basically the same problems you had. It is an Excellent machine!!! The only downside is the poor battery but there are many ways to fix that. I just rooted yesterday and with all the new things you can do the battery life on my phone is 85% with 6 hours of good use. Normally I would be at around 50-40.

But overall good work, It is the best phone out there right now!
 
Thank you that makes me feel much better, I was just worried Id bought another laggy type phone. I can deal with making ways of getting the battery to last longer Im even considering getting the larger battery that sprint sells. Thanks you very much
