Help Organizing Shortcuts

I don't know how it happened but the "Phone" shortcut on my home-page accidentally got moved and I was wondering how do I get it back to where it is supposed to be? Its stuck on one of the pages where I have to click on the dots in the corner.

Just hold it in the menu and drag it to where its suppose to be or hold your finger where its suppose to be and than add it like that

Mine did that too. I had to hold the icon there for quite awhile before it would take, took me 3 tries before I got it to stay there.
