Original Note Very Slow!

Hey all

First time asking for advice on the site and i really need some help. My galaxy note n7000 has been shocking since the jelly bean update, so slow, and apps crashing all the time, i need help to find the best ROM for the note, a fast ROM that will make me love my phone again, i don't want to revert and use the dreaded iPhone 3gs i have in my drawer, please reply asap, thank you!

You may just need to factory reset the thing. There may just be too many conflicting files since it came from a very old version of Android. Just make sure you back things up because its going to erase everything in the device.

If that doesn't work, I highly recommend Paranoid Android.
