yeah just got phone other day no problems flashing miui and speeddeamon but I accidentally deleted backup of original rom ... sorry if this has been posted before but any links to original rom? would like just in case
 
I believe we can send you a nandroid backup but I dunno if that would messup the activation. You can always flash a froyo rom and I doubt anybody could tell the difference
 
You can flash the original MIUI kernel, for when you whenever you bootloop from whatever kernel features you messed with. Though you will still be zip aligned since my kernel zip aligns from init.d; so even if you go back to stock you will still have a little performance boost.
