Help OS Update - how to stop it!

Unless you see things acting up or being buggy, I'd say no. Doing a FDR with the stock recovery wipe EVERYTHING (contacts, apps backed up through Google, but not data).
There are apps out there like Helium that can help you transition; but like I said, I didn't reset and have yet to see any issues (more like improvements :)).

Dude, you did the download and update with out being plugged in? I'm surprised it even let you do that. It's always worth being plugged in and charging while your upgrading.

Update - I haven't really used the phone since I charged it to 100% last night but I've been looking in on it during the day, running malware scans and the like just to give it something to do.

I run a little battery monitor app (imaginatively called "Battery") just to give me a %age figure in the notification bar. Since the upgrade I've noticed that when I wake the phone up the % figure is way too low. I just nudged the phone awake and it showed 3% but after a couple of minutes it displays the correct figure - or at least I hope it is - which is 93% at the time of writing.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar app on this phone and OS that I could try?
