Prior to the last update, when I would check for a software update, a screen would come up saying that it was checking. When finished, it would say that it was finished and that the phone was up to date.
Since the last update, there is a a message that appears in the staus bar when one is checking for a software update. It says OTA Device Management. I receive a message saying "checking for new software" - and then the screen just goes blank. It doesn't say "finished", "found new software", or anything.......
Has anyone else seen this since the last update or do I have a phone that won't check for updates correctly?
