Do ota coming over cell service or do they also go through wifi? I'm asking because my doesn't have cell service atm.
 
Always take ota via WiFi, this avoids nasty data usage charges. My mom was once on a 150 mb plan with Verizon and an ota took the whole thing in one sitting.
