It seems the OTA update will be coming out just before midnight Eastern time, was about to go to sleep but I suppose I'll stay up now.

its 11:09 here in central time, but there are no updates. when i try to update manually it says that there are no available updates. anyone else in the same boat?

Yup same boat here, its 6:12PM here in Maui (12:12 EST) nothing, even manually hitting the check for updates button LOL

Pretty much. It'll automatically start downloading, and it's progress should be in your notifications. Once the download is complete, a popup will ask you to install it. If you tell it not to install, it'll ask you again in a few minutes, or you can manually install it by going to Settings -> About Phone -> System Updates.

Edit:

To those trying to speed things along by manually searching for updates; you needn't bother. The update isn't sent to everyone at the same time. You'll get it when you get it.

I just got mine by forcing it to check for an update. 914pm PST.
