Root OTA Sense Updates?

On a few occasions now I've gotten some non-Play Store notifications that there are updates ready. When I select them I believe they've been some Sense apps.

If I'm rooted, but still on the stock ROM, is it safe to do these? So far I've just been ignoring them.

Yes it is only updating apps even if it was to update to sence 4 hell yea ,but you will harm nothing prolly skin or scene update
