Root OTA update with root

I rooted my phone when the root first became available using the "tricky" method...if I just want to get the OTA update directly from verizon when it becomes available, what should I do?
1) Can i get the OTA from verizon even tho I'm rooted?

2) Once the OTA is done can I root again?

I suppose I need to use the RUU to go back to stock? Then wait for verizon to release the update?...install it then root again???

Go to the "All things root" sub forum. Lots of discussion over there about this. Essentially you have to being your phone back to stock, update, and then re-root. There is an easier method of rooting now and it works on phones that have update.

Ok. All I need to know is if I had to go back to stock or not...Guess so...thats sucks...I had everything setup perfectly!
