Help OTA Updates will not install

I had an issue with installing the OTA update that allows the use of Adobe 10.1. It would reset the phone, and crash with the exclamation point screen halfway through.

I factory reset my phone to try it again, and it still won't go through. I'm now at FRG01B, and need to get FRG22D and FRG83D.

When I attempted to manually update to FRG22D, I get the:
E:Error in /sdcard/update.zip
(status 7)
Installation aborted

The phone was rooted. A manual root I did one night, and then Universal Androot after another OTA update.

Usually status 7 means it is not finding the right file - are you extracting the file (or else using Windows Explorer to move the file, which may be extracting the file)? Or, more correctly, did you attempt to rename the file to XXX.zip (when it was already a .ZIP file, in effect making it a XXX.zip.zip file) in Windows Explorer? That can cause problems as well.
