Just what the topic says. I can read my 64 gig micro and a 16 gig USB, but the 32 gig sandisk USB doesn't mount.
Any ideas?

The most common issue may be it is not drawing enough power to safely run the USB 32GB stick. It is similar to plugging in an external HDD, it requires a little more power than what the device can/will provide.

Hmm. That's odd! I wouldn't think one USB flash drive would require more than another. Anyway. Thanks for the response

It should be fine, my Note 3 has always found any USB memory stick, or card that plugs into a full sized USB port on a PC. Are you using an original Samsung USB adaptor?
When it works it automatically opens the file manager, tap on "all files" and the drive will be the last volume listed after phone mass memory, the external SD card and then it.
