Help OTG Unmounting bug

While Unmounting OTG from the settings and removing the Pendrive, a message appears in the notification stating "USB storage unlugged" this message is unable to clear. It stays in notification until reboot. But when the pendrive is unplugged without unmounting, a message appears and it can be cleared from notfication. Have anyone faced this issue??? Please provide a solution. Is it safe to unplug pendrive without unmounting?

Yea, I've had that happen... My solution was to use StickMount(root) to mount/unmount then I can give the USB unplugged notice a quick swipe to get rid of it.
I wouldn't unplug the thumb drive without properly unmounting it though, that could cause more problems than it's worth. As bugs go it's a pretty minor one that can be ignored, but hopefully one that will be addressed soon.

I was having that same bug as well! Thanks for the tip @JLindy I'm going to give that app a try.. That msg is annoying!!

On motorola forums, Motorola said they know about this problem. They said it would be fixed in another update.
