Other party cannot call me LT15i

I am having a problem with my phone. Whenever one selected person tries to call me it tells him that i'm not available. It doesn't matter when he calls. But he can sem text messages to me anytime. Could someone help me with this issue?

My phone model is: LT15i (sony ericsson arc)

Does that happen with any contact or with just one specific contact?

For now it's happening with only one specific contact. I fear it may lead to happening to others too.

Since it is one specific contact, it might not be related to the phone but with your service. I'd suggest to contact your phone service provider to confirm if this is a network related problem since every other contact works fine.

I had the same problem.I could make an outgoing call but no one could call me.My network sent my xperia arc to a repair lab but they could not fix the problem.they gave me a new phone.
