Accessories Otterbox Owners: Does Camera Cutout Line Up?

I wanted to get an Otterbox case for my Evo, so as I was researching online I read that some people say the camera doesn't line up while others say it lines up perfectly. I went to the Sprint store and tried 2 of the Otterbox cases on my phone and indeed on both of them the camera did not line up with the cutout.

You can see an example of what I am talking about in the images of this review of the Otterbox case. (Most noticeably in the 3rd and 4th images down from the top)

You can see that the cutout is a little down and to the left, as you can see a good portion of the lower left bezel, but almost none of the upper right. In the image on the Otterbox site, the cutout lines up perfectly.

I was hoping people who own the Otterbox could comment on whether or not theirs lines up. I wonder if this issue is with all cases or maybe just some, since I've read different things.

Wow, I didn't notice that until reading your post. Mine is a little off in that same fashion, down and to the left, however not as bad as the good and evo reviewers. I've taken quite a few pics with the case on and can't say that I've noticed any interferance.

yeah, its off. You can tell they rushed this case. Not the end of the world but for 35 bucks I'd like it to be perfect. But thats just me..

I think that looks great! I had an Commuter for my BlackBerry, but the pocket lint drove me crazy. Dang that looks sexy though!

I guess its the luck of the draw. I bought an otterbox case tonight and the cutout is a little off. Took this picture with my Evo, its the reflection of the back in a mirror.

Mine lines up almost perfectly. At most it is less than half a millimeter off but I can see the silver bezel all the way around the opening.
