Root Out of the loop .596 to .605

So, I have been out of the loop for awhile. I am on .596 running darkslide on my X. I would like to move to .605 and maybe try out CM7.

What is the best way to update? Is sbfing my only option? Is the an AIO updater in the TBH App that i can use?

cm7 is not on .605 yet, its best to flash the prerooted .602, then flash cm7

Is it a good idea to flash CM7 without leaving CWR after installing the 2 part .602? Do i just use the newest nightly?

No don't do that, you will end up bootlooping if you do that. There's a 2 part .602 update? I wasn't aware of that.
