Outer Glass Screen Replacement, phone works fine.

As title stated, drop my phone and the outer glass is cracked. The digitizer and lcd screen are fine, and my phone still works.

I found replacement glass/lens for cheap but all the sellers says it really hard to replace.

Because the lcd/digitizer & glass are close to being one assembly?

I havn't found any write ups, has anyone removed the glass from the lcd/digitzer?
