Outgoing dialing options

When i wanna a make an outgoing call it used to ask me choose an option from a list of - Dialer, -Viber, -Skype...But now i lost it. How can i turn on that list to ask me for every outgoin call?

i think u must've set one of those apps as a default. to clear defaults, go to settings/applications, choose All apps, and find the Dialer.. scroll down and select Clear defaults.. after that, u should get a prompt each time u want to dial
