Help outgoing email help!!!?

I have my hotmail account set up on the default HTC app. Every time I try to send or forward an email, they just sit in the outbox and won't send. Is anyone else having this problem? Or know of a fix. It is very annoying not being able to send email.

mine does it also so i said forget hotmail. just remember this is a google phone, why would it support microsoft?

I am having this problem too. Nothing seems to work on this phone, I am so frustrated!!!

Suddenly my Outlook and AOL accounts stopped sending emails. I deleted both accounts, set them up again and they are now working as before. The emails that were already stored on my phone appeared in the proper places too.

This may not work for everyone as I have seen WIFI problems posted in this forum that are supposedly not resolved in the software. Also a third party email application may make things easier. (Check your notifications every now and then as I didn't know my emails were not going out.)

To delete an email account, open your email, then you have to select the specific email account at the top with the drop down menu (if you have more than one), then touch the hardware menu button at the bottom of the phone, select more, then select settings, then select "Delete account". A few cases of carpel tunnel syndrome and you should be good to go!
