Help outlook and bluetooth?

ok, I tried searching so if I missed this answer I apologize.

I switched from a BB to the Droid Incredible. With the BB I could sync my outlook contacts and calendar via bluetooth, with the incredible I can do it with the "HTC Sync" plugging into the usb but I can't seem to find a bluetooth option?

There must be one? right? I mean, they thought ahead so people don't have to bring the wire with them everywhere?

I don't have a solution but I do have a question. I currently have a BB and would like to change to the Droid Incredible. My concern was synching with my Outlook but it appears from your first comments that it's no problem with the USB. At the store they also told me you can do it wirelessly.

Do you like using this better than the BB? Did it synch your Outlook without errors?

i've had no issues with the sync but i'm beyond disappointed that I can't do it via bluetooth.
