Help Outlook Contacts by Last name

My company phone was sync'd with desktop by IT guy. The desktop has my contacts in Outlook by last name. I'm seldom at that office. All the contacts on the stock Epic are listed by first name. Never realized how many Roberts and Bobs, etc. that I have. Is there a way to get the contacts on the phone listed by last name? I still use the company email, so I don't think I can move everything over to gmail.
