outlook issues

For the last 3 days all off the email I sent from outlook was not sent and went to my outbox . the only option I get there is to delete it. ....any clues how to send those or why its doing it?

Are you talking about your Outlook account or the Outlook app? Either way, my guess is that you may have to venture on to the Microsoft support forums for a better answer.
