Help Outlook problems

hi guys.

i have had my vibrant for about 3 weeks now and have had to set up my outlook three times. i dont know why it keeps losing my email set up? has anyone else had this problem? i searched and could find anything on it.

btw, i am not rooted.

I'm having some issues with mail as well. My email is running on an Exchange Server (2007) and although I have my sammy set to keep 14 days of email on my phone, it will, at most, keep 3 days (usually 1 or 2).

I have noticed though that after the initial setup, the phone does keep 14 days of messages but that after I exit the Samsung Email app a few times, it won't keep anything more than a few days.

Seriously hoping that Samsung issues a fix for this as this is the only drawback I've found with the phone!
