I've always had great success with KiNgx Kernel's BFS # 9,11 and Netarchy's 4.2.1, 4.3 cfs more havs w/o SBC

I couldn't really tell you what the "best" kernel for overclocking is because that's all based on preference and what works great on one phone may prove to be unstable for yours. Your best bet is to try a few (don't forget to make a nandroid backup in case you don't like the results of the kernel you're trying, and wipe cache/dalvik-cache prior to flashing).
