Go over.you mean go over 1.2 GHz or keep them in 1.2GHz constantly
Not a big difference I assume.I do believe the max clock is 1.4 Ghz for the SD410
Bigger than you think. There's a kernel for stock floating around with 1.4 GHz that's stable enough to try out and it does feel it in everyday kind of use. You won't notice too much on intense apps though. Not a big difference I assume.
Same with LG Optimus F3 overclocked to 1.8 GHz. I feel the F3 can run smoother on Dead Trigger 2 than the Leon. Where is that kernel that is overclocked ?Bigger than you think. I hope to see something like 1.8 at some point. Zte Awe at that speed (similar processer but dual core, same stock clocks) was sickeningly quick at that speed! Blew my Leon out of the water if you could believe that
I think there's either a thread or it's floating round the devs development page. I used it for a while but CM just got so much better it's not really worth playing with. It IS an improvement over stock kernel, but it really just puts stock where CM is in terms of responsiveness. I'd just wait to see what @Noobified comes up with next honestlySame with LG Optimus F3 overclocked to 1.8 GHz. I feel the F3 can run smoother on Dead Trigger 2 than the Leon. It is locked at 1.2, but that's because LG decided to underclock it. The max is 1.4, as seen in the Moto G 2015. But if it can be unlocked with the custom kernel we have, it can certainly be overclockedInteresting...i thought the SnapDragon 410 inside the leon was locked to 1.2Ghz as a max, But it can be Overclocked to 1.4 ghz with a custom kernel. That device is goig far beyond my expectations.![]()
I've been digging but haven't found it.I think there's either a thread or it's floating round the devs development page. Ah...error. The kernel I'm referring to was a test build available for demo. I'm not sure it exists online anymore and if it does, I don't have a copy to post to either. Sorry bruhI've been digging but haven't found it.
Yup, that's the one. Can it really be considered an overclock if the SD410 already supports 1.4?If you're referring to the kernel I made then it is 1.4 max. Nothing special, just overclock and a few governors. I never released it publicly due to a lack of governors/features
Would u mind sending me a copy of that kernel please. I would greatly appreciate it.If you're referring to the kernel I made then it is 1.4 max. Nothing special, just overclock and a few governors. I never released it publicly due to a lack of governors/features
hello there,i own an SM-A500FU that has the same SoClol that's like saying all kernels aren't overclock. Different chips support different frequencies. 1.4 just happens to be the max for us
can you please tell me how did you was able to unlock the 1,4GHz on that phone? i'm building a kernel and i want to unlock it's real speed
